Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Shareholder to join our Florida practice. The role involves managing all phases of complex construction disputes for contractors, developers, owners, and sureties in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Florida license, with substantial construction-law experience and a track record in litigation, risk management, and client development.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida license to practice law.
• Experience in construction law with lien, bond, and contract claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial and appeal.
• Represent clients in construction defects, lien, and contract disputes.
• Advise clients on risk management and contract drafting.
• Take depositions, draft motions, and prepare for arbitration or trial.
• Collaborate with senior litigators and staff on complex matters.
• Develop client relationships and participate in business development.
