Responsibilities

• Analyze construction contracts, project documentation, and expert reports.
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to develop litigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, with the opportunity to assume an existing partner's book of business and take ownership of established matters.

We are working on a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to inherit an established partner's book of business, assume meaningful client relationships, and take on a leading role within a sophisticated commercial construction litigation practice.

A regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Construction Litigation Associate with 6+ years of experience to handle complex disputes involving commercial construction projects, contractors, developers, owners, and other industry participants.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing construction-related litigation, including contract disputes, payment claims, delay and disruption claims, construction defects, and other complex commercial matters.
