VOYlegal is working with a well-established New Jersey law firm that is looking to add a senior Construction Litigation Attorney to its growing litigation practice.

The firm handles sophisticated construction disputes involving both private and public projects, with matters ranging from:

• Delay and change order claims
• Lien and bond claims
• Construction defects and payment disputes
• State and federal litigation
• Mediation, arbitration and other forms of ADR

They are looking for an attorney with 6-10+ years of construction law experience who is comfortable taking ownership of complex matters and working directly with clients. NJ and NY Bar admission and state/federal court experience are required.
