Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience handling commercial matters.
• Experience with foreclosure actions, purchase and sale disputes, or other complex commercial litigation.
• Experience in New York state and federal courts; New Jersey litigation experience is a plus.

The firm has approximately 120 attorneys and a strong reputation in the real estate space. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who is looking to join a growing platform and handle sophisticated commercial disputes in New York state and federal courts.

Ideal Candidate

The firm is seeking an attorney with 6+ years of litigation experience handling commercial litigation matters. Experience with any of the following is particularly relevant:

• Foreclosure actions
• Purchase and sale disputes
• Other complex commercial litigation
• Litigation in New York state and federal courts
• New Jersey litigation experience is a plus.
• Trial experience is also preferred, but not required.
