Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney in Miami to handle disputes involving defect claims, torts, and contractual issues. You will take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings, mediations and trials, and provide client-focused case analysis.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of civil litigation experience, Florida Bar admission, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced firm.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation.

Qualifications
