Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney in Florida to join our team in Plantation. The attorney will counsel and represent clients in disputes involving defects, contract issues, and other construction-related matters, including depositions and motions.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Florida Bar member with at least 1 year of civil litigation experience, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and legal services to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals in disputes involving defect claims, torts, contractual issues, and other construction-related matters.
