You will review large case files, prepare detailed summaries and timelines, review contracts and invoices, and assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation in a collaborative, high‑stakes environment.
We are seeking a Construction Litigation Analyst in Rocklin, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced litigation, construction defect, insurance defense, or construction consulting professional who enjoys complex analysis, detailed case work, and meaningful collaboration with attorneys and experts.
The Construction Litigation Analyst will provide sophisticated case support on construction defect, construction damage, contract dispute, and related litigation matters involving general contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, developers, and insurance companies. This is not a clerical or administrative role. It requires a highly analytical professional who can connect construction documents, project activity, alleged defects, damages, parties, and litigation strategy.
This opportunity offers challenging, high-impact work in a collaborative legal services environment where accuracy, critical thinking, and strong case organization are valued.
