Ascent Developer Solutions LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Sales Associate to collaborate with loan officers and relationship managers to meet loan production targets by establishing and maintaining strong borrower relationships.

You will assist with pipeline management, document collection, and loan structuring while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in construction and bridge lending or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint; willing to learn new tools.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and execution capabilities with focus on results.
• Strong communication skills with borrowers via email and phone.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset for startup success.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: assist Loan Officers and Relationship Managers in building sponsor and loan files, collecting conditions, and communicating status updates.
• Loan Support: provide ongoing support to Loan Officers and Relationship Managers throughout the life of a loan.
• Loan Structuring: knowledge of front-end guidance, underwriting requirements, and loan products.
• Needs Assessment: develop a needs list based on loan structure and underwriting requirements.
• Documentation Review: check files for red flags and ensure package completeness.
• Borrower Interaction: engage with borrowers to obtain initial documentation for underwriting.
