Job summary

Ent Credit Union is seeking a Manager, Construction Lending Operations to oversee all aspects of construction loan administration for residential and commercial projects. The role leads the construction administration team, manages draw processes, and ensures risk and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

The position requires expertise in loan structures, risk assessment, and collaboration with lending officers to drive sustainable portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred with 5+ years in commercial/corporate lending or real estate.
• 2+ years of management experience required.
• 1+ years experience with residential and commercial construction lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of construction loan administration from project setup to completion.
• Manage draw processing, inspections and adherence to loan agreements.
• Monitor budget adherence, lien risk, and timelines across projects.
• Develop and monitor risk management policies for construction lending.
• Collaborate with lending officers to structure construction credit solutions balancing risk and growth.
• Provide portfolio quality reporting and risk assessment insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
