Job summary

Blueprint Capital Services in Seattle seeks an Associate Loan Operations Manager to oversee loan operations, funding, and portfolio management for construction loans.

The role requires 5–10 years in real estate lending and loan servicing, with an undergraduate business or accounting background. The candidate will back up multiple loan ops roles and collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in secured lending and loan administration.
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of all aspects of loan operations, including document generation, loan booking, payment posting, payoffs, draw requests, collateral management, post-closing functions, document imaging, and exception tracking.
• Act as a backup for all loan operations functions during employee absences.
• Support the Acquisitions Team with purchase & sale agreements, legal entity reviews, escrow items, credit due diligence obtaining and reviewing financial statements and closing requirements.
• Manage complex loan structures, providing training to junior team members as needed.
• Assist in conducting yearly performance reviews and mentor junior team members to develop loan operation expertise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve loan deficiencies and ensure document accuracy.
