Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate construction loan administration or related field.
• Knowledge of construction lending practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with loan processing systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end loan processing including application review, approval, and disbursement.
• Oversee construction monitoring, site inspections, and draw requests.
• Ensure regulatory and credit conditions are met in loan packages.
• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and coordinate with other departments.
