Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its in-house Legal group. The Paralegal will manage the Company’s eDiscovery process and handle owner and corporate contracts, subpoenas, and litigation support.

The role requires ABA-approved paralegal certification, strong contract/corporate law knowledge, and excellent communication. It offers participation in a broad compensation package in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• Paralegal experience, preferably in construction or corporate legal.
• Strong contract and corporate law knowledge; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full lifecycle of contract management: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and organizing contracts.
• Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and corporate records; manage templates and forms.
• Conduct legal research on construction law topics and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with compliance with applicable regulations in construction; federal contracting is a plus.
• Support eDiscovery obligations, including legal holds and document collection.
• Review pleadings and contracts for litigation, claims, and investigations; assist attorneys.
• Identify best practices for litigation, discovery, and claims management.
