Job summary

Clark Construction seeks an experienced Paralegal to join its in-house Legal group. The Paralegal will manage Clark’s eDiscovery process, oversee contract templates, respond to subpoenas, and assist attorneys with litigation and other legal activities.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and organizing vendor, subcontract, and project owner contracts; maintaining corporate records; conducting legal research; and supporting regulatory compliance and claims management.

Qualifications

• Paralegal degree with ABA-approved certificate required.
• Experience in construction or corporate legal department preferred.
• Strong contract and corporate law knowledge; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full lifecycle of contract management: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and organizing contracts.
• Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and corporate records.
• Manage templates and forms used in contract negotiations; update processes.
• Conduct legal research on construction law and regulatory compliance.
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; assist with litigation.
• Oversee eDiscovery obligations, including legal holds and document collection; respond to subpoenas.
