This role includes managing claims, conducting legal research, and drafting documents. The ideal candidate should have a paralegal certification or associate degree and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in construction law. Qualifications
Paralegal certification or associate degree in paralegal studies is required.
2+ years of paralegal experience is necessary.

Responsibilities
Manage corporate claims from notification to closure.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research to support the corporate legal activities.
Track and report on claims and contract administration.
