• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage training for field personnel, supervisors, and leaders.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs to translate technical processes into structured learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide workforce development strategy across operations and corporate functions.
• Oversee LMS governance, content management, reporting, and learner experience.
• Identify skill gaps and partner with leadership to address workforce needs.
• Lead onboarding, technical, safety, quality, and leadership training programmes.
• Coach the L&D team and align training with business priorities and performance goals.
