Job summary

Mullins Mechanical seeks a Learning & Development Manager to lead the company’s learning strategy across field operations, project management, safety, quality, and corporate functions. You will create a scalable learning ecosystem aligned with operational priorities, developing craft professionals, field leaders, and future organizational leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.
• Proven ability to lead learning and development programs in construction or field-intensive environments.
• Experience with enterprise Learning Management Systems and governance of learning content.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide workforce development strategy supporting field employees, operational leaders, project teams, and corporate functions.
• Identify critical skill gaps, workforce risks, and future talent needs with executive and operational leadership.
• Establish structured learning pathways from onboarding through leadership development.
• Align learning initiatives with safety, quality, and operational excellence goals.
• Lead a cross-functional Learning & Development team and drive governance of LMS systems and learning content.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
