Job summary

You will build scalable learning ecosystems, partner with senior leaders, and align programs with operational priorities.

Responsibilities include owning the LMS, creating structured onboarding and leadership pathways, and leading cross-functional training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience leading L&D programs in construction or field-intensive environments.
• Experience managing an LMS and learning technologies.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience translating technical processes into structured learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide workforce development strategy.
• Own and govern the LMS, including pathways and reporting.
• Identify training needs across field operations and corporate functions.
• Lead leadership development programs for managers and high-potential staff.
• Coach and develop L&D team; collaborate across functions.
