Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Louisiana State Bar in good standing.
• 4-8 years of construction law or related practice.
• Experience with construction disputes and contract negotiations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse caseload of construction matters including disputes and risk management.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and related documents.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Advise clients on construction contracts, risk allocation, regulatory compliance, and dispute strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case and project strategies.
• Review and negotiate construction agreements and related documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on laws and industry developments affecting construction.
