Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to Louisiana State Bar in good standing.
• 4-8 years of casualty litigation experience including trial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of casualty defense matters including personal injury and general liability.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Develop case strategies, evaluate liability and damages, and provide practical counsel.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to drive favorable outcomes and resolve claims.
• Maintain strong client relationships and stay current on casualty law and litigation practices.
