Qualifications

• 3-6 years of litigation or construction law experience.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, discovery, and case management.
• Background in construction disputes, contract litigation, or complex commercial litigation preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction and commercial agreements
• Advise clients on risk management, contract administration, and project-related issues
• Handle complex disputes involving contract claims, payment issues, delays, disruptions, and other project-related matters
• Draft and argue motions and other substantive litigation filings
• Take and defend depositions and participate in discovery strategy
• Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial
• Manage e-discovery processes and coordinate document review efforts
• Develop litigation and dispute resolution strategies in collaboration with attorneys and clients
• Work with experts, consultants, and outside parties to support dispute resolution efforts
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, developments, and recommendations
