Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and own transportation.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Must pass criminal background check for ATF.
• Experience as a construction laborer is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to learn and develop skills for higher level tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company safety procedures and policies.
• Learn safety aspects of construction sites and handling explosives.
• Perform construction laboring activities as directed by supervision.
• Work unsupervised occasionally.
• Pump blast holes dry with water pump.
• Load and unload explosives from trucks.
• Carry stemming stones to stem blast holes.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Participate in safety meetings and job briefings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
