Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a construction laborer to support paving and construction projects in Texas. The role entails assisting with duties such as shoveling, raking, and material handling while maintaining OSHA/MSHA safety standards.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED (preferred), and prior construction experience. Occasional travel, night/weekend work, and PPE usage are expected in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related experience in construction is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment following safety policies and procedures.
• Assist crew with duties such as shoveling, raking, and loading materials.
• Signal equipment operators to coordinate movement and placement of materials.
• Follow Foreman instructions for daily tasks and project expectations.
• May operate small power tools like jackhammers as needed.
