Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Worker (Construction Laborer) in Texas. This full-time role supports paving and construction projects, performing labor tasks, shoveling, lifting, and assisting crew on site.

You must be at least 18, pass pre-employment checks, and be able to work nights or weekends as needed. High school diploma preferred; field experience helpful; OSHA/MSHA safety compliance expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools in construction and paving.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
• Assist crew with shoveling, raking, and material handling.
• Direct equipment operators and help with alignment and movement.
• Follow Foreman instructions for daily tasks on each project.
• May operate small power tools as needed.
