LEAD Mission Critical is hiring a Construction Laborer to support on-site projects under Foremen and Superintendents. You will perform labor tasks, operate basic equipment, and help keep sites clean while learning on the job.

The role requires reliability, physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the shift, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Safetywear and teamwork are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year+ construction (or similar) experience.
• Ability to safely lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 75% of the time on the job.
• Reliable transportation to and from worksites.
• Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays and some Sundays.
• Excellent communication, organizational and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Foremen and Superintendents with on-site projects and labor tasks.
• Run floor scrubber and perform routine site cleanup as required.
• Ensure safe operation of tools and follow project procedures.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety policies and PPE rules.
• Show up on time with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Set up and tear down equipment and aid in job site preparation.
