JE Shurden Construction LLC is seeking dependable Laborers to support field operations on civil construction projects. The role involves outdoor work, physical tasks, and assisting crew leaders with safety and duties on site.

Ideal candidates are motivated, safety-minded, and willing to learn new skills, with a strong work ethic and reliability. Crew support and potential training are part of the opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and able to work outdoors.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, grading, and site cleanup.
• Assist with installation of utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage, etc.).
• Support equipment operators and follow directions from supervisors.
• Safely use hand tools and small equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Other duties as assigned to support project needs
