R.B. Hinkle is seeking a Laborer to support construction and maintenance on Primoris Services Corporation projects. The role involves assisting skilled trades, handling materials, and maintaining a safe, clean site.

You will operate tools, dig trenches, backfill, load/unload materials, and help with site restoration as directed by foremen. Outdoor work in various weather conditions is required. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic tool knowledge, a valid driver’s

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong safety focus and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespersons with tasks, carrying materials and cleaning work areas.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and move materials to or from trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Set up and take down scaffolding and temporary structures as directed.
• Follow daily tasks and project requirements communicated by supervisors.
• Communicate progress and issues with team members and supervisors.
