Aerotek is immediately hiring construction laborers for a fully onsite role based out of Winston-Salem, NC. Pay ranges from $18.00–$21.00 per hour with overtime opportunities.

This contract-to-hire position requires prior outdoor or construction-related work, tool proficiency, and willingness to work up to six days a week. Compensation includes the potential for a broader pay range ($20.00–$23.00/hr) depending on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, landscaping or outdoor work experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using tape measure, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work overtime, up to 6 days a week.
• Experience with carpentry and concrete work.
• Rigging, strapping, chaining, hoisting, crane or lift (fork or boom) operator experience.
• OSHA 10 preferred but not required.

PAY $18-21 PER HOUR + OT

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
