Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Construction Laborers for an immediate opening on a busy Lebanon, IN project. This hands-on role involves concrete work, material handling, site cleanup, and general labor tasks on a fast-paced construction crew.

Full-time, onsite work with safety first, ability to lift and endure outdoor conditions, and teamwork are required. You’ll gain practical experience on concrete pours, form removals, tool use, and site organization while following OSHA rules and learning from

Qualifications

• Previous construction, general labor, concrete, demolition, or other physically demanding experience.
• Able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions; reliable, punctual.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete pours and move concrete using wheelbarrows and a come-along.
• Clean up after concrete and foundation work.
• Tear down concrete forms and safely remove materials.
• Perform general construction site cleanup.
• Move and install jobsite signs.
• Remove dust, dirt, and debris from work areas.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Load, move, and organize construction materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.

Job Description

We are hiring Construction Laborers to join a busy construction project in Lebanon, IN. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable with physical work and want to build their construction experience.

You will work with a construction crew performing concrete work, material handling, site cleanup, and general labor tasks while following all safety requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Zionsville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
