We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our team in Waco, TX. This position supports a variety of heavy civil construction projects by assisting field crews with site preparation, material handling, and general construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup to help maintain an organized work environment.
• Perform excavation support tasks, including digging trenches, pits, and foundations as directed.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Remove debris and excess materials from work areas.
• Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as needed to support daily project activities.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment in accordance with project requirements.
• Participate in daily crew meetings and follow direction from supervisors and project leadership.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Work collaboratively with team members to help meet project schedules and production goals.
• Follow company procedures and established job site practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
