Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Construction Laborer in Verona, WI to perform hands-on construction tasks on a golf course, including asphalt removal, material hauling, and cart path repaving. This permanent onsite role joins a team of about 45 workers.

You will work outside in all weather, operate basic construction equipment, and follow safety procedures to help maintain and improve the course's condition and usability.

Work Environment

You work outdoors 100% of the time on a golf course within a team of approximately 45 people. The role involves active construction and landscaping tasks in varying weather conditions. Appropriate work attire includes sturdy work boots and clothing suited to the weather. Required personal protective equipment includes a high‑visibility vest, which must be worn on site to maintain safety and visibility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
