Aerotek is hiring a Construction Laborer for a permanent (onsite) role in Mesa, AZ. You will support a large data center construction site with a heavy emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and efficient coordination of daily tasks.

The position involves early hours and some Saturdays, with substantial weekly hours. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of commercial construction experience, the ability to perform physical labor, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial construction experience.
• Experience performing general labor tasks in a construction environment.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully complete required screening processes.
• Reliability and strong work ethic, with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Work Environment

This position is based at a large data center construction site with both indoor and outdoor work areas. You will work in a physically active environment and must be comfortable working in the heat and varying weather conditions. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, typically from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some Saturdays required and approximately 58 hours per week currently. The site follows standard construction safety practices, and appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment are expected.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
