Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Digging, spreading, shoveling, and leveling dirt and gravel
• Using a pick and shovel
• Supporting construction materials by lifting and carrying
• Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete, gravel, and other materials
• Performing excavation, trenching, scaffolding, and debris removal
• Completing cleanup work related to the above tasks

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Exert heavy physical effort, handling objects up to 25 pounds
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb, or crawl
• Rig and hoist materials correctly
• Tolerate heights without fear
• Maintain balance and work in various weather conditions
• Work long, irregular hours, 50-70 hours per week
• Maintain punctual attendance in compliance with applicable laws and standards
• Perform essential job functions safely and effectively, meeting productivity standards
