Benefits: Full benefits, paid training, room for growth. Target start dates are June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th. Must pass background and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license.

Your New Job

We are looking for Laborers to join our team. Responsibilities include performing tasks safely and professionally. Basic construction knowledge is preferred but training is provided. Valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Attend safety meetings
• Operate tamping machines and inspect equipment
• Assist with loading/unloading materials
• Maintain a clean work area
• Assist with excavation, conduit placement, and concrete work
• Ensure safety and compliance
• Report incidents

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug test and MVR check
• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Good vision and manual dexterity

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with underground utility construction
• Teamwork skills
• Experience with small equipment and tools
• CDL license
