Position:

Commercial Construction Laborer/Helper

Office Hours:

Days: Monday - Friday (may include weekends)

Hours: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (may include overtime)

Job Summary:

Assist with loading and unloading building materials, demolition, grading, removing construction site debris, and basic use of hand tools. Safety training in PPE use is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Remove framing materials
• Assist in loading and unloading materials
• Perform demolition tasks
• Assist with concrete blankets and snow removal
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more
• Safety awareness and PPE compliance
• At least 1 year of commercial construction experience with safety training under a licensed contractor
