Oriole Basement Waterproofing is seeking a Construction Laborer to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in the construction industry. You'll work with an experienced crew on waterproofing and foundation repair projects, protecting homeowners' investments and daily outcomes.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience. The role offers paid training, health and dental insurance, and advancement opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing job sites and protecting homeowners' properties.
• Unloading tools, equipment, and materials.
• Jackhammering and removing concrete floors.
• Digging trenches for drainage systems.
• Installing waterproofing and drainage components.
• Carrying concrete, gravel, stone, and other materials.
• Assisting with sump pump and drainage installations.
• Using hand tools and power tools safely.
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Working closely with Foreman to complete high-quality projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll work alongside an experienced crew helping homeowners protect one of their biggest investments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing job sites and protecting customers' homes
• Unloading tools, equipment, and materials
• Jackhammering and removing concrete floors
• Digging trenches for drainage systems
• Installing waterproofing and drainage components
• Carrying concrete, gravel, stone, and other materials
• Assisting with sump pump and drainage installations
• Using hand tools and power tools safely
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Working closely with your Foreman to complete high-quality projects

Experience in construction, landscaping, demolition, concrete, excavation, roofing, framing, or similar trades is an asset--but not required.

A valid driver's license is preferred.
