Oriole Basement Waterproofing is seeking a Foundation Repair Foreman to lead your own crew on residential basement waterproofing projects. You’ll plan, schedule, and execute work safely while delivering quality results that homeowners value.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own crew on residential basement waterproofing projects.
• Plan each job by reviewing work orders and project plans.
• Communicate with homeowners and keep them informed.
• Solve problems in the field to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform basement demolition and prepare work areas.
• Install sump pumps and complete basic plumbing work.
• Remove and reinstall toilets, sinks, washers and dryers when needed.
• Complete concrete patching and basic restoration work.
• Operate construction equipment and company vehicles safely.
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining safety and workmanship.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead your own crew while working alongside them to complete residential basement waterproofing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your day will include:

• Leading and motivating your crew on every project
• Planning each job by reviewing work orders and project plans
• Communicating with homeowners and keeping them informed throughout the project
• Solving problems in the field to keep projects on schedule
• Performing basement demolition and preparing work areas
• Installing sump pumps and completing basic plumbing work
• Removing and reinstalling toilets, sinks, washers, and dryers when needed
• Completing concrete patching and basic restoration work
• Operating construction equipment and company vehicles safely
• Training and mentoring crew members while maintaining high standards for safety and workmanship
