Job summary

Sure-Dry, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Construction Technician to install foundation repair systems, basement waterproofing, and crawl space encapsulation products. You’ll travel with your crew to customer homes and job sites across the area, delivering high-quality workmanship and safe, efficient use of tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law).

Pay

• $19.00/hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities bringing total earning potential up to $23.00/hour

Requirements

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in construction environments, including confined spaces and varying weather conditions

Salary Description
