Job summary

Sure-Dry Basement Systems, Inc. is hiring for a hands-on installer position in Wisconsin. No prior experience required; you will learn to install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pumps, and crawl space systems while working with a skilled crew at customer homes.

A strong work ethic and physical ability are essential. You'll enjoy weekly bonuses, year-round work, a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, and benefits including health and dental insurance, a 401(k), and boot allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 35 lbs continuously.
