Oriole Basement Waterproofing is seeking a Working Foreman to lead residential basement waterproofing projects with hands-on leadership on site.
You will run a crew, review plans, coordinate with homeowners, and ensure safety and quality on every job, with year-round work and comprehensive benefits. We teach our process and offer growth into higher-level leadership.

You don't need to know basement waterproofing. We'll teach you our process.
What matters most is that you know how to lead people, solve problems, work safely, and get the job done right.
You'll be responsible for running residential basement waterproofing projects while working alongside your crew.
