Job Description:

Your main goal as a Crawlspace Technician/Construction Laborer will be to help solve customers' problems regarding the condition of their crawl space and/or basement. You will be working closely with 1-2 other crew members to address our customers' needs by remediating moisture issues (laying moisture barrier, digging French drains, installing dehumidifiers, etc.) and helping to repair structural damage (sistering joists, building drop girders, etc.) in the crawl space and/or basement.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who ...

• Has previous experience with construction and repair, especially in crawlspaces, including structural repairs (sills, girders, joists, subfloors, piers) and moisture remediation (interior french drains, moisture barriers, dehumidification systems)
• Is willing to be flexible in duties from day to day and hour to hour
• Has a Driver’s License, can pass a DMV license check, and has reliable transportation
• Possesses excellent people skills and maintains professionalism with customers and coworkers
• Has a strong desire to reach and exceed job goals
• Can exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly
