Salary Range: $31,200 - $54,397 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications cabling
• Hand dig using shovels and mechanical tools
• Climb into and out of equipment such as trucks, backhoes, trenchers
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery
• Work in congested or remote areas
• Maintain visual and audible contact with team members for safe coordination
• Perform general construction work under supervision
• Flagging, property or worksite restoration
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Prior experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operate utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools safely
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and in all weather conditions
