Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We are looking for skilled laborers with Top Man and/or pipe-laying experience to join our team. We specialize in earthwork and utility construction and take on some fun and unique projects. Our work includes earthmoving, road construction, flood repair, culvert rehab, dam work, and more. Most of our jobs are along the front range but some take our crews to more remote and scenic areas of Colorado.

This position requires previous heavy civil construction experience and will encompass labor support for all aspects of our projects. Advancement is possible for employees who understand the work, practice safety on the job, and contribute to the team and the projects they work on.
