Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Operate skid steer, hydrovac, and other machinery
• Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools and power tools
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Experience:

• General construction experience
• Valid driver's license
• Lift a minimum of 80 lbs
• Conduct yourself politely and professionally during interactions with customers and inspectors
• Able to work flexible long hours and in all weather conditions, including extreme fluctuations
• Perform labor-intensive duties requiring all muscle groups for long periods
• Stand, walk, lift, pull, and push for extended durations
• Work in confined spaces
• Commute around the metro area as needed to job sites

Reliable transition is a must.

Duties:

• Assist HydroVac crew lead with daily tasks
• Operate high-pressure water wands and flexible vacuum hoses
• Handle heavy lifting of hoses, tools, and equipment
• Perform hand digging, shoveling, and loading/unloading vehicles and trailers
• Assist with vehicle and equipment spotting
• Maintain a clean and secure job site daily
• Perform vehicle and equipment inspections for preventative maintenance
• Set up and remove road signs and cones for safety
• Ensure proper use of personal safety equipment
• Follow health and safety regulations when operating equipment
• Perform tasks safely according to company policies

Experience:

• OSHA 10 Certification
• Valid Colorado driver's license
• Ability to operate heavy-duty vehicles with trailers
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Problem-solving skills

• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
