Note: This position does not involve welding duties.

• Assist the Foreman/Superintendent with daily tasks.
• Perform general concrete repair, including demolition, rebar installation, carpentry, concrete pours, and finishing.
• Operate power tools such as rotary hammers, chipping hammers, and hammer drills.
• Handle post-tension repair, rebar/post-tension installation, and stressing.
• Travel independently between projects.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Safety-focused and comfortable with PPE usage.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and professional.
• Experienced in construction fieldwork.
• Familiar with concrete repair, formwork, finishing, grouting, and rebar placement.
• Knowledgeable about post-tensioning systems installation and stressing (advantageous).
• Familiar with both new construction and existing buildings.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Fluent in English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Motivated to work overtime and eager to grow within the company.

Prior experience in post-tensioning is preferred but not required. Candidates who are bilingual (Spanish/English) or union ironworkers/rodbusters are encouraged to apply.
