The Labor Compliance Administrator will support certified payroll, prevailing wage compliance, regulatory reporting, and subcontractor coordination with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; construction administration or labor compliance preferred.
• Experience with certified payroll and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Responsabilités

• Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Review certified payroll reports for accuracy and compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
• Prepare and submit monthly compliance documentation to agencies and clients.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain missing payroll and compliance documentation.
• Maintain organized compliance records and support audits and inquiries.
• Communicate requirements and deadlines to project teams and subcontractors.
