Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
• Prior internship or project engineering experience on projects valued at $5 million+ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with engineers and planners.
• Support the creation of accurate project forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee cost management, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Take ownership of project execution and delivery.
• Contribute to preconstruction planning, quality assurance, and safety initiatives.
• Assist senior project managers in overseeing construction activities.
• You will have leadership and guidance to support project teams throughout all phases.
