TW Constructors (TWC) in St. Louis, MO, offers a paid Internship for Summer 2027. You will shadow Project Engineers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Safety Professionals, gaining hands-on experience from concept through project closeout.

You’ll work on site visits, exposure to budgets and forecasts, and contribute to preconstruction planning while developing leadership and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
• Foundational understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a flexible, collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
• Experience with subcontracts, subcontractors, or self-perform work is a plus.
• Creative, results-driven mindset with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project success.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Support the creation of accurate project forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee cost management, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Take ownership of project execution and delivery.
• Contribute to preconstruction planning, quality assurance, and safety initiatives.
• Assist senior project managers in overseeing construction activities.
