Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s Experis is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join our Fayetteville, GA team. You will support the FTE ITIM program, conduct site walks, manage purchase orders, and provide direction to general contractors and LV contractors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction or infrastructure, proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore and MS Project, LV systems experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management or related infra projects.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project.
• Background in LV systems and construction management.
• Strong verbal communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ITIM team through site walks, PO management, and directing GC activity.
• Coordinate with LV and general contractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor progress, production activities, and quality control to resolve issues.
• Review operations and collaborate with teams to improve productivity.
• Maintain project docs, reports, and personnel records with quality/safety focus.

Our client, a leading technology company in the data center construction industry, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join their team.As a Construction Integration Manager 5, you will be part of the Construction and Infrastructure team supporting project stakeholders, low-voltage contractors, and general contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Construction Integration Manager
Location: Fayetteville, GA
Pay Range: $85.93 - $92.54/hour

What's the Job?

• Support the FTE ITIM team through site walks, purchase order management, and providing direction to general contractors.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with low-voltage contractors and general contractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor construction progress, production activities, and quality control processes to identify and resolve issues.
• Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to improve productivity, efficiency, and project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, production reports, and personnel records while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, production management, or related infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project (MS Projects).
• Background in low-voltage (LV) systems and construction management.
• Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
