Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Construction QA/QC Support Specialist to oversee quality assurance across data center construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. The role will review contractor QMPs, inspection plans, and QA/QC processes while tracking metrics, audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions.

You will collaborate with construction, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and drive continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of QA/QC in construction or data centers.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.

$74.13 - $79.85 per hour

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Management, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience in construction or data center environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with Bluebeam, BIM, Microsoft 365 Suite, Power BI, and construction management software tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
