Job Responsibilities
Subcontractor Insurance Compliance
  • Establish new projects in myCOI and maintain accurate project and subcontractor insurance information.
  • Assign the appropriate insurance requirement sets to subcontracts in myCOI.
  • Identify incomplete or noncompliant insurance documentation and coordinate corrections with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and insurance brokers.

  • Compare owner requirements with the company's standard subcontractor insurance requirements and recommend appropriate project-specific adjustments.
  • Identify insurance-related risks, exceptions, exclusions, and obligations that may affect project execution.
  • Determine whether subcontractor insurance deficiencies also create noncompliance with the applicable owner contract.
  • Review contract documents for CCIP/OCIP enrollment requirements, insurance credits, coverage obligations, exclusions, and related program requirements.
Construction Insurance Programs
  • Support the administration of construction insurance programs, including CCIPs, OCIPs, Builder's Risk, and SDI.
  • Coordinate contractor and subcontractor enrollment in CCIP and OCIP programs.
  • Monitor CCIP/OCIP compliance and work with project teams, subcontractors, brokers, and program administrators to resolve enrollment or documentation deficiencies.
  • Assist with subcontractor closeout, final payroll reporting, and CCIP/OCIP program audits.
  • Support SDI program administration, including documentation, subcontractor enrollment, and coordination with internal stakeholders and insurance partners, as applicable.
